The Salvation Army dedicates H.O.P.E. Village
The Salvation Army recently held a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for its H.O.P.E. Village. H.O.P.E Homeless Outreach for Personal Empowerment Village is a residential style transitional housing program offering jobs and support services to low and moderate income women and children in need within the Hampton Roads area.
